NGO Registration
Description
We register Trusts, Societies and Sec 25 or sec 8 Companies for free on our portal www.guidestarindia.org after verifying their IT PAN, registration document and if they are currently operational. Registration is voluntary and free. It is open to organisations registered in India.

Programme Title
NGO Certification
Description
We certify NGOs based on the level of information shared voluntarily on www.guidestarindia.org and level of legal and final compliances. NGOs are given the following based on compliance level:
Foundation Level- GuideStar India Transparency Key
Advanced Level- GuideStar India Gold Seal/ Silver Seal
Champion Level- GuideStar India Platinum Seal

The certification is valid 12 to 15 months based on the financial year for which documents are submitted. NGOs are provided training and capacity building support to undergo the due diligence process for which we welcome donations and grants.
