Online AV Eco-dictionary in Hindi with English sub-titles accessible under CC license globally
Presently there is no online audio-visual dictionary for Environment in the world. Online Audio Visual Eco-dictionary fills this gap. This helps spread awareness about the existing and evolving new terminology related to Environment, Climate Change, and Sustainable Development Goals Etc. Student community will be actively involved in the making of the short videos which are in Hindi with English subtitles & will be made available under Creative Commons globally via video broadcast channels. Social media and traditional ways are used for enhanced outreach. Estimated budget is 25 lakhs with break-up of 20%, 30%, 40%, 10% for research & scripting, production, post-production and promotion respectively. Gangadhar Panday has twenty years experience of acting in films and video production and well qualified in Environmental studies, a rare combination. Reputed technicians will be hired from the film industry. This flexible program has huge potential for international brand value building.
Hyderabad Environmental Film Festival in June and travels all over Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Hyderabad does not have a film festival despite being a major metro. Hyderabad Environmental Film Festival packs this space. With Hyderabad as main venue, the HEFF travels all over Andhra Pradesh & Telangana later. This helps spread awareness about Environment, Climate Change Etc and related issues. Estimated budget is 75 lakhs with expenditure heads like Auditorium rent, screening fees, printing of catalogue, delegate services, hospitality & guest relations, opening & closing functions, travel, printing & publicity etc. Gangadhar Panday has 20 years experience in film industry as actor & short filmmaker and well qualified in Environmental studies, a rare combination. He is active in film festival circuit, served as jury in international film festivals. He is familiar with the organization of Film Festivals. HEFF has big potential for brand value building and scope for scaling up. Efforts will be made to improve upon CMS Vatavaran, New Delhi and Vasundhara Kirloskar, Pune.

Duration of the workshop is between 3 to 6 months with both online and offline interaction with partakers. Estimated budget is 10 lakhs with expenditure heads like Scripting, audition, shooting, post-production, delivery of films online and offline, promotion & follow-up etc. Gangadhar Panday has 20 years experience in film industry as actor & short filmmaker and well qualified in Environmental studies, a rare combination. Has the knack of cost effective and sustainable filmmaking handling scripting and direction. To support in-house talent, other key technicians will be hired from local industry.
