The first and preliminary target is achieving a critical mass of our key stakeholders in academic research -- academic researchers and research grants. Our target in the next five years in terms of volumes and scale is having at least 100 full-time (intra-mural) research authors each working on at least 5-10 current projects and writing grant applications for 15 research grants every year.
In terms of breadth of operations, we have so far had some success with applying the venture research model in the social sciences. Ideally, in the next five years we aim to scale this model up to 18 of the larger plan of 63 departments. Our priority will be to adapt this model to research in the physical and medical sciences.
The third milestone that we wish to achieve is infrastructural in nature in order to support the other two activities. Within the next five years, Monk Prayogshala will work toward establishing a world-class laboratory and research space for all affiliated researchers. The importance of the research laboratory underscores our drive to further human-subjects research via experiments in India. We hope to achieve this via building a collaborative network of researchers across the 18 disciplines, which will include top researchers (i.e. from the top 10 high-impact research producing universities in the world) collaborating with our researchers in India.
Monk Prayogshala is engaged in conducting academic research activities for the betterment and benefit of the entire human society at large by conducting activities like inter alia drafting, editing, publishing, and updating academic research papers in various current and emerging scientific, artistic and socio-cultural domains and fields of study, which are published in research journals and other academic publications. These research findings are for use by other academic researchers for further academic research towards the benefit of human society, associated research communities and Government bodies to devise and formulate their policies towards the betterment of the human society and that such research finding are and will never be sold for consideration to any entity.
