The roadmap as enunciated by us for the coming 5 years would be to design multi-purpose community complexes in all the operational Panchayats of our operational area and strengthen the cooperative avocation and strengthen the SHG linkages so as to enable them to operate one SME – small and medium enterprise providing employment to not less than 500 direct and indirect employment. Design and manage a comprehensive rehabilitation Package in collaboration with government and INGO’s as a model center to cater to the distressed victims of cyclones and arrange for the corpus to the identified villages as the destined relief is occasionally dragging for a long time. Another vision is spreading the concept of grain and seed banks as also promote the thrift and savings and improvise the portfolio management of the resource so generated for income generation and advanced asset formation. The visualization is formation of NTFP processing unit for each Mandal as a role model for replication and strengthening the networks and pressure groups to carry ahead the visualizations and making communities to comprehend with the change aspects

• Enable the communities to devise the linkages and accesses during distress and during the times of calamities and negotiate with different agencies for strengthening the community efforts • To enhance quality of life of the people by increasing the income generation activities. • To provide sound health to all the family members through awareness campaigns. • To reduce the child dropouts and rehabilitate the literacy programs in the operational area. • To make 100% sanitation in the respective villages to increase more awareness on environmental issues and reduce the pollution. • Promotion of Community based organizations like-Self Help Groups (SHGs) for savings, and accessing micro credit for micro enterprise and entrepreneurship development and federation of such SHGs into MACS cooperatives • Formation of Small Farmer Producer Organizations (SFPOs) for different agriculture commodities • Promotion of cooperatives/business enterprises among artisans of various products • Promotion of community health projects namely child nutrition, maternal care, disability welfare, sanitation, personal health and hygiene, HIV/AIDS prevention, cure, support services
