The program, with a budget of Rs. 96.45 Lakhs, aims to empower women in the disaster-prone Sambhar Lake region of Rajasthan by creating livelihood sources. Launched to address socio-economic issues, it supports 110 women entrepreneurs through 88 Business Sakhi and 110 SHG groups, with 592 retail outlets involved. The initiative focuses on financial security, reducing migration, and decreasing discrimination by economically and socially empowering women.

Achievements include awards for women empowerment by IGSSS in Delhi on September 5-6, 2023, received by Santhosh Ji of Khejri Mahila Producer Company Limited, and a Changemaker Award from Network 18 on March 7, 2024, in Mumbai, received by Ms. Sanju Yogi for her contributions to rural women's livelihoods.

The programme aims to improve access to primary healthcare for 23,920 individuals (4,629 households) in Sanganer and Paldi Meena slums, Jaipur. Supported by a grant of INR 1,24,14,260 (valid until May 31, 2025), the intervention focuses on social behavioural change communication (SBCC), health camps, and counseling and referral services. Key interventions include promoting good health practices, raising awareness on early prevention, antenatal and postnatal care (ANC & PNC), communicable diseases, nutrition, and improving food practices.
Enhancing access to water and water conservation through agroforestry and integrated agriculture

This 36-month project (10th August 2022 to 9th August 2025) is funded by a grant of Rs. 16,698,928 to Gram Chetna Kendra. The project focuses on enhancing access to water and water conservation through agroforestry and integrated agriculture to improve the livelihood of women farmers. The intervention includes water conservation techniques, agroforestry practices, and integrated agriculture systems to build climate resilience and secure water resources. The programme is expected to serve over 2,500 women farmers across several villages.

Gram Chetna Kendra (GCK), established in 1986, is a voluntary NGO based in Khedi Milak, Rajasthan. It focuses on capacity building, education, and improving the quality of life for Rajasthan's rural poor. Transitioning from basic needs provision to human resource development, GCK operates across 791 villages in 11 districts. Through advocacy, training, and public education, GCK empowers individuals and promotes equitable development. It has served 115,358 people in Eleven districts, striving to foster socio-economic self-reliance and community empowerment.
