AEA is an international not for profit development organization working in 23 countries and in India working in 16 states and 1 UT i.e. Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Basic activity is Educational Development and the flagship programme is the skill training through iLEAD. We have trained 114600 candidates with 72 percent placement in small and big companies in India. A few candidates have got employment in abroad as well.
