FUTURE Projects 2017-18 & 2018-19: 1.To establish Mobile e-literacy Education and Skills Training centre at Hayathnagar Mandal In Rangareddy District by searching individual donors or multiple donors support since the concept of Mobile e-literacy project was recognized as “best idea & innovation” in many platforms. i.e. N/Core Alpha 2016 of Nudge Foundation; Sri Aurobindo Society.org. & www.sparktherise.com Competition platform organized by Mahindra & Mahindra Group in 2012.
2.“Environmental Education in Schools” and Awareness Programmes of NEAC in 100 schools and in 50 Residential Welfare Associations (RWS) emphasizing on “Solid Waste Management & Kitchen Gardens promotion” in Hyderabad & Rangareddy Districts.
3.Urban Slum children education prgramme in 10 Slum areas in Hyderabad and Rangareddy Districts.
1. Establishment of linkages with 50 Government High Schools / Zilla Parishad High Schools in Rangareddi District in Andhra Pradesh to impart & implement the National Environment Awareness Campaigns (under the support of Ministry of Environment & Forests, New Delhi). 2. To Secure the funds for mobile e-literacy education & Training project. 3. Networking among NGOs and exploring support to NGOs..

2016-17: 1.Educational Support to Poor student during the year 2016-17: The Society has approved the application dt.02-06-206 received from Kum. Sai Amani D/o.Late A. Janakiram, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad in its Annual General Body meeting held on 20-06-2016 towards Educational support for Engineering B-Pharmacy 3rd year suppor.. As her father was passed away in accident in Nov.2014 and the society had promissed to support her till final year since the applicant is very bright and clever student in studies. Hence, the society considered her application and released the payment towards 3rd year fee a sum of Rs.30000/- on 21st July 2016. 2. Support to Distress Woman: The Society has supported an amount of Rs.12,500/- during the year towards livelihood support for distress woman 70 years old (widow) and 50 years old (who is mentally sick) through Mrs. C. Surekha, (Social worker) stays in Chennai, who has represented. The society has released the payment by online from April, 2016 to August, 2016 @ Rs.2500/- per month under the head of “Support to Distress Woman” account.
3. In the pilot 2016-17 project, we covered 10 Govt. High Schools and 2 Primary Schools in 6 mandals in 3 Districts (Hyderabad, Rangareddy & Medchal) in Telangana State and covered the children 2000+ and created basic Computer education and awareness on e-education, Digital literacy, ICT at their door step. Panchavati has raised the donations from Individuals and supported the project as a Choice and committed for the cause.

2015-16 : Educational Support to Poor students and Food supply to orphan Children during the year 2015-16:
1.The Society has approved the application dt.2-6-2015 received from Kum. Sai Amani D/o.Late A. Janakiram, Chaitanyapuri, Hyderabad in its Executive Body meeting held on 5-6-2015 towards Educational support for Engineering B-Pharmacy 2nd year studying. The father was admitted her in B-Pharmacy in 1st year in TKR engineering College under Management quota. After that the father was passed away in accident in Nov.2014 and left the two daughters and wife without any support to the family. Their conditions are severe and not in a position to lead the life after passing her father, but the applicant is very bright and clever student in studies. Hence, the society considered her application and released the payment in two installments @ Rs.15000/-each on 17th July & 23-7-2015.
2. The Society has sanctioned in its Executive Body meeting held on 5-6-2015 towards Educational support a sum of Rs.3,000/- to Mr. B. Chaitanya s/o.B. Sridhar, Second Bazar, Secunderabad for his First Intermediate (M.E.C.) studying in Ratna Junior College, Narayanguda, Hyderabad and released the payment on 25-06-2015 towards reimbursement of his fees paid vide Rt.18, dt.20-05-2015. He is a B.C. (B)- student and secured marks in 10th as First class and considered his case as per background of economical conditions in the family.
3.The Society has supported to the Gracious Paradise Charitable Foundation at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad who are - Caring Orphans - Providing secured Shelter and Food for about 60 children in the shelter. The amount was given in kind 25kgs Rice Bag worth Rs.1,000/- on 27-11-2015 and the same were handed over to Mr. Rama Swamy and Mr. Krishna who are the volunteers on behalf of the society. The Society has satisfied the work which they are working for the cause of children education and shelter providing.
4.Support to Distress Woman: The Society has received an application dt.13-01-2016 from Mrs. C. Surekha, who is a social worker stays in Chennai and requested to sanction towards livelihood support for her mother (widow) and Sister (who is mentally sick) and she is unable to support to them from her resources. The application was reviewed and considered under Social Security for Human beings Support. The society has released the payment to Mrs.C.Surekha account through online every month from January, 2016 to March, 2016 @ Rs.2000/- per month under the head of “Support to Distress Woman” account.
By doing the above support activity to students and woman the total 13% of funds were utilized for Educational support to poor students and distress woman in the year 2015-16.

2014-15 :
Bio-Diversity Awareness Campaign - NEAC 2013-14 of MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT & FORESTS, NEW DELHI programme through Regional Resource agency – Deccan Development Society (DDS), Hyderabad implemented on 16-08-2014.
The society had conducted one programme very well on 16-08-2014 at Shiv Vani Vidyaniketan, Private High School at Amberpet in Hyderabad District. The Resource material was prepared in the shape of booklet / Magazine was distributed to all 200+ children and teachers in the school. The society also distributed 10 medicinal plants i.e. Neem, and Jatropa and planted in the School. The total expenditure of Rs.4,680/- was incurred for the programme as against 40% Grant-in-Aid of Rs.6,800/- received on 28-05-2014.

Panchavati Rural Development Society (PANCHAVATI) is a registered Society, a committed social organization for the development of Urban & Rural people’s Empowerment through education & training. Since inception, the society is working in the field of Environment Education in Schools, Free Education for Slum Children, Adolescent Health Education, Reproductive and Child Health and Women Empowerment through Micro Credit Assistance, Waste Management, Bio-Medical Waste Management and Income Generating Activities in Hyderabad & Rangareddy Districts. The radius of the programmes implementation from city is 40–60 Kms. Distance. The society had extended its operation and implemented the NEAC programme under Ministry of Environment & Forestry, New Delhi in Krishna & West Godavari Districts also.
Also We work to address the lack of access to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) education and related life skills among people who live in rural areas. This leads to underdevelopment, un-productivity & unemployment causing Poverty.
PHILOSOPHY: To Involve All category of people and provide an OPPORTUNITY through Participatory Rural Appraisal (P.R.A) / Participatory Information Appraisal (P.I.A.) Concepts for SELF RELIANT. IMPROVE the SOCIO ECONOMIC CONDITION through their efforts and support INDIGENOUS Knowledge INHERENT in the community itself for the Quality of Life. Work with sincere, honest, dedication and commitment service to the people at low cost with quality is the motto.
# To create access and impart Information and Communication Technology education and life skills training through sustainable technology solutions to the rural people. # Save the Mother Earth. # BRIDGE the GAP between GOVERNMENT and COMMUNITY Welfare and Developmental Programmes and support the community. OBJECTIVE : # “To empower the Rural Children & Women to become a Literate through e-Literacy & Education and provide an opportunity to enhance their skills, to identify the inherent skills & indigenous knowledge of Children and Women at their door step to Save their Energy, Time and the cost of Education.
1) Transform rural areas are into digitally empowered societies. 2) To protect and conserve the Natural Resources through education & training and awareness programmes at their door step of Government High schools. 3)Life skills education, Health and Environment Education in Schools and Eradication of Child Labour and establish a Research & Networking Academy. 4) Bridge the gap between Government and Community Welfare and Developmental programmes and support the Community.

# The Secretary is NGOs Consultant and becoming Social Entrepreneur.
# The Secretary(Head-Administra-tion)have developed the booklet as Resource Material under the title “ Bio-Medical Waste Management” and supplied to 500+ NGOs and also brought some booklet/s on Health-Nutrition, Solid Waste Management as resource material under the support of Ministry of Environment & Forests, New Delhi under the project of “National Environment Awareness Campaigns (NEAC)” in previous years.
# The Society’s Secretary will also undertake, assist the organizations, act as Consultant cum Resource Person; District Observer-NEAC in Hyderabad & Medak Districts from time to time and supported various organizations for better planning and Implementation of NEAC programmes in Hyderabad, Rangareddy Districts.
# During 2010 to 2015 period, the society’s Secretary have participated as “Evaluator” under NGOs category in “Global Social Venture Capital” (GSVC) Competitions programme being conducting each year by I.S.B., Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The work involves to scrutiny of Business proposals submitted by Indian ISBs and South Asian ISBs and to provide grading and selection of best B-Plans.
