Background

Organisation History
As everybody know that large number of tribal girl/women have started migrating to different city and towns in search of any gainful employment for the last 20 years. Their major destinations for migration are Delhi. Basically, they are working as and very negligible numbers are working in other then maid’s servant occupation. Girls are wondering in Delhi when their remove from the Aupair job. When they are beaten or physically or sexually exploited by the employers. The come back to the placement agency or the clutches of scruples agents and again their exploitation start. Keeping in view of the complex situation, we "Mashal Social Welfare Society" have planned to setup "REHABILITATION CUM TRAINING" CENTER IN DELHI. To provide timely help and to train them in job oriented vocations. This center will insure their value, confidence building, protraction and promotion of their employability and at the same time tribal identity and culture be protected, and also train them to generate income for their livelihood by processing organic tribal food in Delhi. It will also extend training for Aupair Domestic helper house maid, Child care, Governors, Babysitter, Nanny, Cook, Driving (Lady), Elder care-patient care, English speaking language etc. These job-skills and moral & confidence building measures will be taken up in the rehabilitation cum training center to enable the tribal women-girls to live life in dignified.
