1. Provide quality affordable and ongoing access to medical facilities (Medical Screening, Referrals and Treatment) for children from Government schools in Bangalore
2. To let community take ownership of this program in a three year time frame

Programme Goals

1. Connect one general physician or pediatrician to each school shortlisted under the program
2. Connect Specialty hospitals and clinics to each school who will undertake referrals following the initial screening
3. To connect a team of 3-4 volunteers per school who will follow-up on all the children requiring treatment until completion
