THE HISTORY OF DUCT
Dr.Navneeth Selvan is a founder and managing trustee of the doctors united charitable trust.He was born in a small town of karur in tamilnadu, India.He did his schooling in SALWAN PUBLIC SCHOOL,NEW DELHI.
During his house surgeon days an incident changed his life completely.
A loving mom was separated from her beloved son due to lack of money. He experienced the incident with his own eyes which left a deep hole in his heart. After which he started to spend his entire stipend earnings for the benefit of treatment of the needy. He raised over Rs.1,00,000 and helped nearly 500 people receive treatment. But somewhere he was guilty that he could not give hands to all those in need. With the blessings of his professors and well wishers he founded DUCT to cater the needs of all the poor.
In 3 years, the team has helped more than 100000 people.
The mission of DUCT is to provide free quality medical treatment to all sections of community through a team of competent, committed and compassionate professionals in a patient-friendly environment.
