From the Crescent Foundation.

• This appeal is for the donations to purchase a Medical Ambulance for The Crescent Blood Bank.

• A fully equipped Blood bank Ambulance is the main transport medium. It is the most essential and important part required for organising blood donation camps and transporting it.
• As seen from the above Blood Camps Analysis chart we have spent Rs.344000 till date and most of it went to rent medical Ambulance. The total rent costs us 1/4 of the Cost of New Ambulance which is Rs.1893815.00 approx.

• If we get our own Medical Ambulance, we can utilise our saving in expenditure towards serving more and more patient from the financially weaker sections our society.

ven though the technology has advanced much already, still, today’s system in blood banks are
usually manual systems. Usually, when a person requires a particular type of blood and that type
is not available in the hospital, the persons send messages to family members, relatives, and
friends if they can donate. As such, it is time-consuming and laborious, and may risk the life of
the person who needs blood urgently.
