Background

Organisation History
In early 1999, a group of people came forward to help a needy person with his medical treatment. This did laid the foundation of Siliguri Subhaspally Welfare Organisation in 2002. The Organization is situation in Siliguri, West Bengal and works towards development of weaker sections of society. This includes providing advanced medical facilities and vocational training for poor women and unprivileged section of the society. The programmes are mostly focused in urban areas with a few of them organized in rural areas.

Purpose & Strategies
God said "let there be light and there was light”--

The word light is a magical word, it eradicates everything that is dark and evil. We have taken up the mission to scatter the light of good health and mass development through different programs of our organisation. Since 1999 all the members of our organisation have been working in tandem to cater to the needs of the underprivileged and the downtrodden. To a lot of extent we have been successful but we still have not achieved our goal. We want to serve every person who is in need. We have shouldered the responsibility of awakening a new consciousness which will foster people’s participation
and corporate responsibility within the structures of Society.

Vision
Our organisation i.e. Siliguri Subhaspally Welfare Organisation is solemnly stood for definite aims to support and to help for further development of the target beneficiaries. Here, our members and well-wishers have extended their hands to ameliorate the people these who are in difficulties. The downtrodden, the poor Artisans, Women, Illiterate are our target group people to whom we regularly try the serve by providing health and medical service, training for self employment and for precaution against deadly diseases and awareness from the point of view of to make sensible human being through awareness in RTI Act 2005 and PWDV Act 2005 etc.
