Blood Bank at mahuva and Blood Donor Motivation Progamme for Bhavanagr and Amreli District
Description
Community served: - People of mahuva, Rajula, Jafrabad & Khambha taluka’s rural,and urban people, patients suffering from sickle cell anemia, Thallessemia major, blood cancer, dialysis patients who need regularly Blood transfusion.
Objective : To provide adequate & safe blood transfusion and save life. Strategies:By Increase increase voluntary Blood donors in our blood bank &
Achieve 100% voluntary blood donation.
Main outcomes: - Our voluntary blood donation reach 40% to 95 % within last five years 40 Thallessemi’s children, about 32 dialysis patients and 10 sickles Cells patient get blood regularly. Yearly 4000 blood unit’s issued to Needy patients
Evaluation Method: - Our activities inspected and evaluated by G.S.C.B.T at regular time Intervals.

1.TO aware people about blood donation and recruit more and more young Blood donor and convert them regular donor
2.To arrange Debate in school and collages, also arrange drawing competition, assay competition,Roadshows,and blood donation and grouping camp.

Objectives
1.To Give information about thalassemia and aware them from this AVIL.
2.All girls and boys are tested their blood for thalassemia before marriage.
3.To give care and support to Thalassemia child and their parents.

Programme Achievements
  • As result of our affords now all collage students do thalassemia test.In Many community like sindhi, lohana, Khoja arrange camp for thallessemia test for unmarried gilrs and boys. So, prevent marriages between two thallessemia Minor.As a result new birth of thallesemia Major children is decrease.
Programme Goals
1.stop new birth of Thalassemia major child.
2.Thalassemia children get blood easily and free of cost from our blood bank and provided medicine at free of cost.
3.counseling parents of Thalassemia children and provided physiological support them.

Every citizen in a modern democracy should be equipped to contribute effectively to the welfare of the society. Thus on practical as well as theoretical grounds and from social as well as individualistic point of view, it is necessary to equip every young person for some occupations so that he may contribute effectively to the satisfaction of human wants.
Work experience should be introduced as an integral part of all education, general or vocational, as one of the programmers to relate education to life and productivity.
The vocationalization provides for diversification of educational opportunities so as to enhance individual employability, reduce the mismatch between demand and supply of skilled manpower.
Navkar Paramedical Institute and vocational Education center is being established firmly in India with a mission to take education to the doorsteps of the learners, enhancing social equality and creating flexibility for life long learning.
