Vyaktitva Learning Labs
Description
Vyaktitva Learning Labs is an initiative toward the holistic development of learners through 21st Century Lifeskills and Digital Citizenship.

We address the issues of young learners from a disadvantaged background, regarding access to digital technologies along with their responsible, informed and safe use in education as well as everyday life and equip the learners with the skills necessary to lead a better life and career.

Objectives
Mission:- To enable a teaching-learning environment with life skills and digital citizenship for the holistic development of learners towards better accomplishments in education, career and life.

Vision:- To ensure all children get an education that prepares them as informed, active, responsible and wise individuals.

Approach:- Multi-method educational process with arts & game-based, problem-solving, experiential and participatory approach to bridge the gaps between education, essential skills and living environment of adolescents from disadvantaged backgrounds and empower them with the knowledge and competencies to:

1) Become active, informed individuals and responsible digital citizens
2) Participate in the social process directly concerning them
3) Aspire for diverse education, work opportunities and a self-directed life

Programme Goals
1) Life Skills:- Developing competencies that help people make informed decisions, solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathize with others, and cope with and manage their emotions in a healthy and productive manner.

2) Digital Citizenship:- Developing knowledge, ability and competencies to positively and responsibly access and engage with digital technologies, the internet, media and communication, both in an offline and online environment.

3) Child rights:- Participation, advocacy, community and civic engagement.
